Directions
- This recipe has few products but it turns out insanely delicious
- We start with marinating the meat
- Mix the spices in a bowl, stir and spread the cutlet
- I leave the meat to marinate for 20 minutes, then I put it on a well-heated grill and bake it for 3 minutes on the side.
- If you cook it in a pan after turning it, add a small cube of butter and a fresh sprig of rosemary
- Before serving, leave to rest for about 10 minutes. It can be served with baked potatoes or vegetables.
