Directions
- I start by marinating the meat in a bowl mix salt, pepper, sumac, lemon peel and spread the chicken fillets
- I want to tell you a few words about my favorite spice “sumac” wonderful spice with citrus flavor can be used for meat, fish, salads gives an amazing taste
- Let’s go back to the recipe after I left the meat to marinate for 20 minutes, I put it on a heated grill pan greased with a little olive oil
- While the chicken is cooking I will prepare the salad in a bowl, I put the harvest, the tomatoes cut into quarters, cucumbers and red onions every half month, I add the olives.
- In another bowl I will make my dressing: a little olive oil, juice of half a lemon, a pinch of salt and pepper, a pinch of sumac and finely chopped parsley
- Stir until a homogeneous mixture and pour the salad after the chicken fillet is ready, cut it at an angle into 4 to 5 pieces and serve them with the salad on the sides
