Ingredients
tomato 🍅, cucumber 🥒
oregano, green pepper
parsley, feta,
red onions 🌰, olive 🫒
capers croutons
for dressing:olive oil, salt, lemon juice
Hello, today I will offer you the most frequently made and consumed salad because it is very fresh and can be served on any occasion for family and friends.
- As I always say, our first task is to wash the vegetables, then I start cutting the vegetables into shapes that you like.
- In a large salad bowl I put the chopped vegetables, add the butter, capers and some oregano, leave them in the fridge and do the dressing
- For the dressing we need 1 part lemon juice, 2 parts olive oil, salt, oregano, all products mix them with a mixer and before serving the salad I add the dressing
Before serving I add the dressing in stages and taste to taste after I have tasted the salad I put it in a nice plate and sprinkle with croutons that I had prepared the day before for a soup, I also add the feta which I cut into cubes
