Directions
- Hello friends, today I will prepare a great pumpkin soup for you
- First we start with cleaning and washing the vegetables, then we cut the vegetables in bulk and fry them in a little olive oil.
- After 4 to 5 minutes pour vegetable broth and wait for it to boil, add salt and pepper and a little grated nutmeg.
- Boil the soup for about 15 minutes and check if the pumpkin is removed with the blade of a small knife, pierce a piece of pumpkin if it falls from the knife is ready.
- Once the vegetables are ready, I am ready to puree the soup, try to taste if necessary, add a little salt.
- If you want to make Yana more refined, strain it, before serving there is one more step left to bake in a pan for a short time sunflower seeds without fat.
