  • Onion 🧅 ,mushrooms 🍄

  • fresh chili 🌶 ,basil 🌱

Directions

  • First mixing the dough products and I start kneading the dough, it is ready, when it stops sticking to my hands, I leave it to rise for 1 hour.

  • The next step is to make tomato sauce, stew onion and garlic in a little olive oil, add tomato paste, stir, add chopped tomatoes, season to taste with salt, pepper and oregano and a little sugar.
  • I leave it to cook for about 20 minutes on low heat and leave it to cool. I go back to the dough, roll it out with a diameter of about 20 centimeters in diameter
  • I should put about 2 tablespoons of sauce and spread it on the dough, then I put the chopped vegetables in a shape you like, I put the pizza in a preheated 250 degree oven for about 5 to 6 minutes.
  • When it is ready, I cut it and put a few fresh basil leaves.
