Directions
- Hello again, today my proposal is very simple but very tasty, you can serve this sauce in different ways, and it can be prepared in different ways.
- Let’s start first by washing the cucumbers well, then I grate them on a large grater and leave them in a colander,
- I have to squeeze the cucumbers with my hands until all the liquid is removed, I put the processed cucumbers in a bowl, then add all the other products without the yogurt, mix everything and add the yogurt.
- For this recipe, I recommend Greek or Bulgarian yogurt, after adding the yogurt, mix everything and taste if necessary, add salt or pepper, serve in a small bowl for decoration, use your imagination and decorate as you like.
- You can serve it as a dip for pork or chicken, or as they serve them in Greece or Cyprus, they serve them with a local or fish appetizer,
- When I prepare tzatziki, it brings back memories of the Mediterranean. This is my suggestion, I hope you like it, stay healthy and expect many more recipes very soon.
