Directions
- Hello friends, today’s recipe is one of the sauces that is used for many dishes with pasta, vegetables, pies and others.
- Let’s start cooking, for starters, finely chop the onion and garlic, then transfer them to a deep pot and saute them with olive oil, add oregano as well as the mincemeat, fry until the mincemeat turns into crumbs.
- And now it’s time to add the tomato paste, bay leaf, cinnamon stick, black and red pepper, I add salt at the end, mix well and add the wine, leave it for 10 minutes and add the pureed tomatoes.
- I put a lid on the pot and let it simmer on a low heat for about 1 hour, stirring it often so that it doesn’t burn at the bottom, if you see that it is thick, add water or broth of your choice.
- After an hour, add the finely chopped parsley, stir well and it’s ready to eat. This is my proposal for homemade bolognese sauce, expect many more interesting recipes soon, good appetite and be healthy. 😋
