Directions
- Hello friends, today I have prepared one of my favorite soups for you, but let’s not delay any longer and start cooking. To start, take the whole chicken and wash it under running water.
- The next step is to put the chicken in a larger pot and pour water until it is covered, leave it on high heat until it boils and then reduce it to low heat for about 40 minutes.
- The next step is to dice the onion, carrots and celery into small cubes and put them in a medium-sized pot, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, fry them for 3/4 minutes, add the black pepper and finely chopped garlic. After the chicken is cooked, take it out from the resulting broth and let it steep.
- Until the chicken cools down, I will strain the broth and add it to the vegetables, leave it on a low heat and start deboning the chicken, the bones have done their job and I remove them, cut the chicken into large pieces.
- At this stage, I also add the diced potatoes and let them cook for 10 minutes and add about 1 handful of noodles, leave them for another 10 minutes and add the chicken meat and the parsley stalks cut very finely, and add the vegetable broth.
- Cook for another 3/4 minutes and add the rest of the parsley, chopped very finely, taste and if necessary add a little salt. The soup is ready to eat, enjoy your meal and be very healthy. 😋
