Ingredients

  • Carrots 0.200

  • Celery 0.100

  • Onion 2 medium heads

  • Garlic 2 clove

  • the lower part of the parsley

Directions

This broth is very easy to prepare, so I recommend using
it more often when preparing risotto, soups, sauces, main
dishes and other applications for preparing vegetarian
and vegan foods, to prepare broth, I roughly chop the
vegetables and put them in a pot, then I fill them with
cold water and leave them on a very low heat for about 1
hour, do not let the water boil, then let it cool down for a
while.
