Hello friends, today I will prepare for you an incredibly
tasty and easy to prepare risotto, let’s start cooking

Ingredients

  • Rice Arborio 0.150

  • Bacon 0.090

  • Broccoli 0.060

  • Onion 0.030

  • Parsley 0.020

  • Butter 0.050

  • Pecorino cheese 0.050

  • Oliv oil 0.020

  • Vegetarian broth 0.400

  • Wine 0.050

Directions

I
start the recipe by heating a deep pan with a little olive
oil and finely chopped onions, after 1 to 2 minutes I
add the bacon, after 3 minutes I add the broccoli after
about 2 minutes I add the rice, saute for another 3
minutes I add the wine and let it evaporate the alcohol
,and start adding broth in parts while continuously
stirring slowly until done, as I write in all my recipes
with risotto, be careful not to overcook the rice, try
more often, after the risotto is ready I add the
pecorino ,parsley and oil, stir briefly and serve in
deep plates, sprinkle with a little parsley, pecorino and
sprinkle with a few drizzles of olive oil, enjoy your
meal and stay healthy.
