Hello again, today I will offer you a recipe that is very popular in the northern part of Italy in the Lombardy region

Ingredients

  • Risotto Arborio 0.150

  • Safran 1 pinch

  • Onion 0.030

  • Vegetarian broth 0.400

  • Salt pinch, pepper pinch

  • Parmesan 0.050

  • Parsley 0.020

  • Wine 0.050

Directions

I will present you the traditional recipe for this
delicious risotto, I will start with a little olive oil in a
pan and the addition of finely chopped onions, until
sauteed I put the onion in a cup with warm saffron
broth, add the rice to the onion and fry for 2 minutes,
then add the wine, leave for 2 minutes, then I start to
add the broth in parts and the dissolved saffron and
stir slowly but constantly to understand when the rice
is ready, try the core of the rice, it should be slightly
undercooked, after the rice is ready, season with salt
and pepper, also add the butter, finely chopped
parsley and parmesan, mix until a homogeneous
mixture and serve on a plate, sprinkle with parsley,
grate a little more parmesan and finish with a light
drizzle of olive oil, good appetite and stay healthy.
