Directions
- I will use dried penne pasta for it in a casserole
- I pour water and let it boil, during this time I will make the sauce
- I start with a little oil and olive oil in a deep pan and add finely chopped onion

- wait 3 minutes, then add the cream
- then the cream cheese and finally the parmesan
- leave it on a low heat for another 20 minutes
- stirring so that the sauce does not burn
- I add a pinch of salt and the pasta to the boiling water
and wait until it is ready - watch the pasta, see the cooking time on the label
- try 1 minute before the indicated time and be careful not to overcook it,
after it is ready of the pasta, add it to the sauce - stir and serve in a pasta dish, finishing with finely chopped
parsley. - To this recipe, you can also add chicken fillet cut into julienne and to saute together with onions the rest of the recipe is the same
