Hello friends, with today’s recipe, I will offer you a very easy recipe with pasta, but easy does not mean that it is not delicious, to start cooking

Ingredients

  • Onion 0.020

  • Garlic 0.010

  • Butter 0.030

  • Martini 0.030

  • Salt pinch

  • Pepper pinch

  • Parsley half link

  • Pasta Rigatoni 0.300

Directions

  • the first step is to put a pot of water and wait for it to boil, during
    this time to make the sauce
  • I start with frying of the onion and garlic for a short time, about 2 minutes
  • then I add the martini and flambé, this means to ignite
    the mixture and wait for the alcohol to evaporate
  • in which case it stops burning, if you haven’t done it, be
    careful and don’t lean over the pan
  • then I add a ladleful of tomato sauce (see the sauces section), I
    continue with the pasta, when the water boils, I add a
    pinch of sea salt and add the pasta
  • if you have a choice, always use fresh pasta, after the pasta is
    ready, I add it to the sauce as well as the finely chopped parsley

    This is mine proposal for homemade
    pasta, good appetite and stay healthy.
