Pasta Napoletana
Hello friends, with today’s recipe, I will offer you a very easy recipe with pasta, but easy does not mean that it is not delicious, to start cooking
Ingredients
Onion 0.020
Garlic 0.010
Butter 0.030
Martini 0.030
Salt pinch
Pepper pinch
Parsley half link
Pasta Rigatoni 0.300
Directions
- the first step is to put a pot of water and wait for it to boil, during
this time to make the sauce - I start with frying of the onion and garlic for a short time, about 2 minutes
- then I add the martini and flambé, this means to ignite
the mixture and wait for the alcohol to evaporate - in which case it stops burning, if you haven’t done it, be
careful and don’t lean over the pan - then I add a ladleful of tomato sauce (see the sauces section), I
continue with the pasta, when the water boils, I add a
pinch of sea salt and add the pasta - if you have a choice, always use fresh pasta, after the pasta is
ready, I add it to the sauce as well as the finely chopped parsley
This is mine proposal for homemade
