Tagliatelle Bolognese
Hello friends, today’s recipe is one of my favorites because of the rich flavor sauce, for this recipe I will use fresh tagliatelle, and like the other recipes with
pasta
Ingredients
Onion 0.020
Garlic 0.010
Wine 0.030
Salt pinch
Pepper pinch
Butter 0.030
Parsley half link
Tagliatelle pasta 0.300
Directions
- I start first with a pot of water and wait for it to
boil - to make the sauce, I start by putting it in a pan a
little oil and olive oil so that the oil does not burn - add a little olive oil and fry the onion and garlic after 2
minutes - add the wine and let the alcohol evaporate,
after a minute add 1 ladle of Bolognese sauce (see
sauces section) - as well as half a ladle of tomato sauce (sauces section) I heat the sauce and I’m ready with the sauce
- let’s go back to the pasta to the boiling water, I add a pinch of sea salt as well as the pasta
- I
want to warn you to be careful and keep in mind that fresh pasta cooks faster than dried pasta, for this pasta and it takes about 3 minutes - after it is ready, add it to the sauce, toss 5 to 6 times to mix well and
add the finely chopped parsley - serve by rolling the pasta with a thin pinch and sprinkling with parmesan
