Hello friends, today’s recipe is one of my favorites because of the rich flavor sauce, for this recipe I will use fresh tagliatelle, and like the other recipes with
pasta

Ingredients

  • Onion 0.020

  • Garlic 0.010

  • Wine 0.030

  • Salt pinch

  • Pepper pinch

  • Butter 0.030

  • Parsley half link

  • Tagliatelle pasta 0.300

Directions

  • I start first with a pot of water and wait for it to
    boil
  • to make the sauce, I start by putting it in a pan a
    little oil and olive oil so that the oil does not burn
  • add a little olive oil and fry the onion and garlic after 2
    minutes
  • add the wine and let the alcohol evaporate,
    after a minute add 1 ladle of Bolognese sauce (see
    sauces section)
  • as well as half a ladle of tomato sauce (sauces section) I heat the sauce and I’m ready with the sauce
  • let’s go back to the pasta to the boiling water, I add a pinch of sea salt as well as the pasta
  • I
    want to warn you to be careful and keep in mind that fresh pasta cooks faster than dried pasta, for this pasta and it takes about 3 minutes
  • after it is ready, add it to the sauce, toss 5 to 6 times to mix well and
    add the finely chopped parsley
  • serve by rolling the pasta with a thin pinch and sprinkling with parmesan
