Hello friends, today’s recipe that I want to offer you is
vegetarian pasta with a rich taste

Ingredients

  • Wine 0.030

  • Cherry tomato 0.150

  • Salt pinch

  • Pepper pinch

  • Parmesan flakes 0.070

  • Fresh pasta spaghetti 0.300

  • Oliv oil 0.020

Directions

  • for the preparation
    of the recipe you need a pot of water to boil the pasta.
  • While waiting for the water to boil, I start with the
    sauce, put olive oil in a pan and saute for 2 minutes
    cherry tomatoes, black pepper and add the wine
  • wait for the alcohol to evaporate and remove the pan from
    the heat
  • add a pinch of sea salt to the boiling water
    and add the spaghetti to it, they need 2 minutes and
    add them to the sauce
  • which I return to the heat for a
    short time and half a ladle of the pasta water
  • leave
    for a minute and before adding the pesto sauce (see
    the sauces section) turn off the heat and toss them 6
    to 7 times to mix the products
  • serve with the help of a thin tongs, roll up and place on a plate
  • put parmesan flakes on top
