vegetarian dish with a lot of taste
Ingredients
Onion 0.030
Garlic 0.010
Oliv oil 0.020
Fresh chili 0.015
Wine 0.030
Salt pinch
Pepper pinch
Sugar pinch
Tomato sauce 0.100
Dill half link
Fusilli 0.150
Directions
- let’s proceed to the preparation of the recipe, to begin with, I pour water in a pot and let it boil on the stove
- I move on to the preparation of the sauce, which is very easy
- I pour olive oil in a pan and add after a minute I add the
finely chopped onion and the garlic and hot pepper - If you don’t want to be very spicy, separate the seeds
and add as much chili as you like according to your
taste - I leave for another 2 minutes and add the wine,
let the alcohol evaporate and add the tomato sauce
(sauces section), leave for another minute and turn off
the stove, - in the boiling water add a pinch of sea salt
and the pasta - I use fresh pasta and it takes about 3
minutes, if you use dried pasta pay attention to the
package for how long to cook the pasta, but reduce
the time by 1 minute so as not to overcook it, because
it will cook with the sauce more a little, - I heat the sauce and flavor it, then add the pasta and toss
several times to mix well - serve in deep pasta dishes, grate pecorino, sprinkle with a little dill and finish with a few drizzles of olive oil
Enjoy your meal and stay healthy.
