Hello friends, today’s recipe that I have chosen to

Ingredients

  • Potato 0.500

  • Fresh cream 0.100

  • Fennel seeds 0.020

  • Roasted hazelnuts 0.100

  • Oliv oil 0.020

  • Butter 0.030

  • Salt pinch

  • Pepper pinch

  • Vegetarian broth 1.500

  • Safran pinch

Directions

The recipe has different flavors, but be
bolder with the different flavors, I will make it step by

  • put the oil in a pot and fry the onion, garlic, ginger,
    fennel seeds and fry for 2 minutes
  • add the potatoes and pour the vegetable broth, let it cook for about 20
    minutes
