Italian bruschetta
Ingredients
Tomato 0.500
Oliv oil 0.040
Garlic 1 clove
Basil half link
Parmesan 0.030
Salt 1 pinch
With pepper 1 pinch
Pesto 1 ts.
A bagel 1
Directions
- For this recipe I will use peeled tomatoes, which I will blanch in hot water for 1 to 2 minutes
- then I will cool them in cold
water to which I will add a few ice cubes - then I will peel them
and cut out the inside - the fleshy part of the tomato should
remain and cut it into small cubes, - finely chop the basil, then
add the rest of the products and mix them well - taste and if necessary, season with a little salt, add the clove of garlic,
- grate finely, cut the baguette diagonally in thickness about a centimeter
- and bake in the oven for about 2 to 3 minutes,
then put the mixture of tomatoes and the rest of the
products.
