Ingredients

  • Pheasant meat 0.070

  • Beef tongue 0.070

  • Lettuce 0.140

  • Crab meat 0.070

  • Pickled cucumber 0.040

  • Cucumber 0.050

  • Capers 0.030

  • Hard boiled eggs 0.080

  • Black caviar 0.030

  • For dressing
  • Balsamic vinegar 0.050

  • 6 egg yolks

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • With pepper 1 pinch

  • Dijon mustard 1ts

Directions

For this salad, I have strayed from the original recipe, but in my opinion, these products combine very well, since it is a salad for special gatherings and the products are a little non-standard, let’s move on to the recipe

  • all the products are cut into cubes of the size of your choice
  • I I like them in small cubes, I roll up the lettuce and cut it
    into thin strips
  • I mix the products in a bowl without
    caviar, I leave it for decoration.
  • I start preparing the
    dressing in a small bowl, put the products and beat them
    with a wire whisk until a homogeneous mixture
  • then add a thin stream with constant stirring and olive oil
  • it should reach the thickness of mayonnaise
  • then I add it in
    parts to the salad.

    You can serve in a large glass bowl
    and add caviar before serving
