Lamb with mint and baked potatoes
Hello friends, the recipe that I will prepare for you
today is very rich in different flavors but it is very easy
to prepare
Ingredients
Lamp shank 2 ×0.350
Wine 0.200
Bay leaf 2
Onion 1 heat
Garlic 2 cloves
Salt pinch
Crash pepper 1 pinch
Vegetarian broth 0.200
Fresh mints (the handles)
Potatoes 0.400
Carrots 0.200
Directions
- I will use lamp shank but you can use leg
and shoulder. In a pan, I put the lamb and the rest of
the products that I cut into large pieces - without the potatoes I will pay special attention to them, cover the lamb with aluminum foil and put it in a heated oven at 180 degrees without a fan for 2 hours.
- I start by preparing the potatoes, if you can choose small ones the size of eggs
- I wash them well and put them in a
pan, sprinkle with salt, let them bake for about 45
minutes at 180 degrees, after they are ready I take
them out of the oven and with a fork I press them
lightly - then season them with olive oil, thyme, salt,
pepper, smoked red pepper, mix with my hands very
gently so they don’t fall apart and bake for another 15
minutes - after the potatoes are ready I return to the
lamb, after 2 hours of baking I remove the foil and
bake for another 1 hour - serve in large plates for the main dish and start plating first, put the meat to it, add
the vegetables with which I baked the meat - add the potatoes and finish with finely chopped mint
Enjoy the delicious food with your loved ones folks, bon appetit and stay healthy.
