Hello again friends, today’s recipe is another
vegetarian dish with a lot of taste

Ingredients

  • Onion 0.030

  • Garlic 0.010

  • Oliv oil 0.020

  • Fresh chili 0.015

  • Wine 0.030

  • Salt pinch

  • Pepper pinch

  • Sugar pinch

  • Tomato sauce 0.100

  • Dill half link

  • Fusilli 0.150

Directions

  • let’s proceed to the preparation of the recipe, to begin with, I pour water in a pot and let it boil on the stove
  • I move on to the preparation of the sauce, which is very easy
  • I pour olive oil in a pan and add after a minute I add the
    finely chopped onion and the garlic and hot pepper
  • If you don’t want to be very spicy, separate the seeds
    and add as much chili as you like according to your
    taste
  • I leave for another 2 minutes and add the wine,
    let the alcohol evaporate and add the tomato sauce
    (sauces section), leave for another minute and turn off
    the stove,
  • in the boiling water add a pinch of sea salt
    and the pasta
  • I use fresh pasta and it takes about 3
    minutes, if you use dried pasta pay attention to the
    package for how long to cook the pasta, but reduce
    the time by 1 minute so as not to overcook it, because
    it will cook with the sauce more a little,
  • I heat the sauce and flavor it, then add the pasta and toss
    several times to mix well
  • serve in deep pasta dishes, grate pecorino, sprinkle with a little dill and finish with a few drizzles of olive oil
