Ingredients

  • Tomato 0.500

  • Oliv oil 0.040

  • Garlic 1 clove

  • Basil half link

  • Parmesan 0.030

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • With pepper 1 pinch

  • Pesto 1 ts.

  • A bagel 1

Directions

  • For this recipe I will use peeled tomatoes, which I will blanch in hot water for 1 to 2 minutes
  • then I will cool them in cold
    water to which I will add a few ice cubes
  • then I will peel them
    and cut out the inside
  • the fleshy part of the tomato should
    remain and cut it into small cubes,
  • finely chop the basil, then
    add the rest of the products and mix them well
  • taste and if necessary, season with a little salt, add the clove of garlic,
  • grate finely, cut the baguette diagonally in thickness about a centimeter
  • and bake in the oven for about 2 to 3 minutes,
    then put the mixture of tomatoes and the rest of the
    products.
