Directions
For this salad, I have strayed from the original recipe, but in my opinion, these products combine very well, since it is a salad for special gatherings and the products are a little non-standard, let’s move on to the recipe
- all the products are cut into cubes of the size of your choice
- I I like them in small cubes, I roll up the lettuce and cut it
into thin strips - I mix the products in a bowl without
caviar, I leave it for decoration. - I start preparing the
dressing in a small bowl, put the products and beat them
with a wire whisk until a homogeneous mixture - then add a thin stream with constant stirring and olive oil
- it should reach the thickness of mayonnaise
- then I add it in
parts to the salad.
You can serve in a large glass bowl
and add caviar before serving
