Directions
In the recipe I use a product that
is used in the Mediterranean, namely dried mullet
caviar known as bottarga, this product gives a very
specific taste, but if you cannot find it you can
replace it with pecorino, and so let’s start cooking
- I start with the sauce but before that I put water to boil
for the pasta, let’s go back to the sauce in a pan - heat olive oil, add the onion and garlic for a minute and
start adding the seafood - as I start first with the mussels with the shells to which I add the wine, stew with a lid until the mussels open
- take them out of the pan and add a little more olive oil and fry the cleaned mussels and shrimps for 2 minutes
- flambé with the
ouzo and add a little wine, wait 2 minutes. - The next step is the addition of tomato sauce (sauces section),
let’s return to the pasta, add a pinch of sea salt to the
boiling water and cook the pasta for 2 minutes. - To the finished sauce, add the pasta and a little of the water
where the pasta was cooked, taste and toss the pasta
until the products are mixed - divide the finished pasta into 2 plates and for decoration put the mussels with the shells on top, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley
and finish with the grated caviar - I hope you like it liked the recipe and cook it at home
Bon appetit and
stay healthy.
