Hello again, my suggestion today is for a salad with a
lot of freshness and a rich taste, you can also serve it
with main dishes with meat or fish, let’s move on to
the recipe

Ingredients

  • Feel 0.200

  • Apples red 0.070

  • Apples green 0.070

  • Orange 0.040

  • Walnuts 0.070

  • Salt pinch

  • Lemon pepper pinch

  • Lemon juice 0.020

  • Oliv oil 0.040

  • Sweet from pomegranate0.030

  • Pecorino flakes 0.040

Directions
The first step to this salad is in a bowl, I
start adding the ingredients for the dressing and they are

  • olive oil, lemon juice, salt, lemon pepper,
    pomegranate molasses and very finely chopped
    celery leaves
  • mix well and move to the vegetables
    and fruits. I cut the slice into julienne and add to the
    bowl
  • I also cut the apples into julienne, but the
    special thing about them is so that they don’t darken
  • I put them in a sweet syrup, which I prepare from 100
    grams of sugar and 0.100 milliliters of water
  • I put them in a saucepan and heat them on the stove until the sugar dissolves.
  • peel the orange and then with a small knife I remove the white part and leave only the flesh of the orange
  • after I do it with the knife I make a
    solution between the skins and take out the flesh of
    the orange
  • I add all the products and I mix with the
    dressing, add the walnuts and the finely chopped
    celery leaves

    Serve in salad plates and finish with
    pecorino strips, bon appetit and stay healthy.
